New York State Level
Our bill to license rehabilitation counselors in New York State is still active.  The Assembly sponsor is Micah Kellner, with co-sponsorship by Assembly members Eddington, Jaffee, Brook-Krasny,Markey, Mcdonough, and Pheffer. The bill number is A1011, and it has been referred for review to the Assembly Higher Education Committee chaired by Assembly Member Deborah Glick.  A copy of the Assembly bill can be obtained from the Assembly website, www.assembly.state.ny.us
